I am a fully qualified coach who is passionate about the integrity of coaching and the benefits it will offer you.
My passion for people stems from a career in Nursing of 30 years, the last 12 as a Practice Nurse which led me to discover Life Coaching.
Through my wide experience in working with people and through the life experiences which have encountered through the years, I help others to learn how life’s challenges can often be an opportunity for change and, with the right help and support, how to transform them into a new way of living.
"Do not go where the path may lead.
Go instead where there is no path
and leave a trail."
Ralph Waldo Emerson
I am happily remarried with two sons, a stepson and stepdaughter, age range from 29 to 31 years. My husband John has retired, and we are redesigning our life together at the moment. We share a love of nature and walking. One of my challenges when I first met him 15 years ago was to learn to ‘do’ serious walking, and we have walked the Pilgrim’s Way from Le Puy-en-Vellay, France to Santiago de Compostella, Spain. I brushed up my French and learnt to speak enough Spanish for travelling.
I love meeting people, going to the theatre, reading, music, travelling, cooking and eating.
I am discovering my creative side and letting it be a part of my life.
The clients I work with are people who are about to take the next step in the path of life, who might need to be encouraged out of the shadows into the sunshine so that they can see clearly who they really are and people who want to put the colour back in their lives.
I am an Accredited Facilitator of the ‘Now What’ Programme, (Laura Berman Fortgang)
